We are seeking Bilingual Speech Language Pathologists to join our team for the purpose of providing comprehensive speech and language evaluations within the K-12 school setting. The ideal candidates will have experience working with school age children, and will be able to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment recommendations for speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, swallowing or other disorders in primarily Portuguese and/or Spanish. SLPs must have their CCCs, have current ASHA membership and be licences to practice in Massachusetts.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
Develop individualized recommendations for children with speech, language, and communication disorders.
Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcome for the child.
Requirements
- ASHA certification (SLP-CCC) with current membership
- Massachusetts State Speech-Language Pathology License
- Bilingual (English/Portuguese)
- Evaluate bilingual children k-12
- Report writing
- Time management
